Sheila oversees placements for private families, event care team staffing and more.

With so many of our family clients offering highly sought after positions, we tend to receive a large number of applicants. We take our time to review each application and interview each candidate to determine their compatibility with your family.

We verify education status, experience, references and more to ensure a great match.

STEP 5: We Present You with Top Candidates

Once we have a selected group of qualified candidates, we notify you via email and share each profile for you to review. 

Profiles will include their bio, experience, work history, reference comments and more.

STEP 6: You Share Your Feedback and We Schedule Your Interviews

Once you review your matched candidates, you pick which professionals you would like to meet. We will work with all parties to schedule a series of interviews that are most convenient for your family’s schedule so that you can have virtual and in-home experiences with the candidates of your choosing.

STEP 7: Hire and Finalize

After we have found your match, our team will work with you to craft an employment offer and finalize your placement with a custom work agreement and a series of candidate background checks. Your placement balance will be processed at this time.

Our network includes a variety of exceptional professional nannies and household staff with backgrounds as diverse and unique as the families we serve.
From ROTA nannies and family assistants to private chefs and private educators, we help families just like yours find uniquely qualified highly experienced household staff.

Our candidates must:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Have glowing references and consistent job history
  • Complete our meticulous screening and background check process
  • Have or be willing to gain CPR/First Aid training and certification
